Everything I needed to make the repair. New motor is much quieter than previous. Still can hear some air movement noise but better than before.

condenser fan motor kit
Fit perfect and included wiring adapter without which the fan motor would have been useless. Also included short screws which also were necessary.

got the fridge cooling again
Using the mounting holes on the motor, this did not fit exactly on the bracket replacing the original, but the screws holding the fan case together worked also to mount the fan to the bracket. There were also other options for mounting. It works great and has my fridge working well again.
